Our priority is YOU, the individual entering a new career, and our dedicated peer-support workers will be with you every step of the way to provide support and guidance. Here's a glimpse into what a typical week might look like for a trainee:

Part-Time Traineeship: As a part-time trainee, you can attend one day of classes to work towards your early childhood certification and spend two days engaged in paid work with your host employer, typically a childcare centre. This allows you to gain hands-on experience while applying what you've learned in class, building practical skills, and earning an income at the same time. It's the perfect balance of earning while you learn, allowing you to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of children and families.

Full-Time Traineeship: If you choose a full-time traineeship, you'll work four days a week with your host employer, actively participating in the daily operations of a childcare centre and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You'll also have one day a week dedicated to attending classes to further your education and certification in early childhood. This experience allows you to fully immerse yourself in the childcare industry and hone your skills through hands-on experience while being a valuable part of a professional team.
